Visa on Arrival (VOA) is a provision by the Indonesian government allowing foreigners to travel to Indonesia for government duties or business purposes. This visa permits a stay of up to 30 days, with a one-time extension option. The introduction of the Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) is anticipated to significantly streamline the entry process for foreign tourists and business travelers worldwide. This digital application system aims to enhance accessibility and convenience, facilitating smoother arrivals into Indonesia.

- Staying in Indonesia beyond the period allowed by your visa, engaging in prohibited activities, or failing to comply with visa conditions and Indonesian laws can lead to hefty fines, deportation, or even legal prosecution.
- You are prohibited from selling goods or services.
- You are prohibited from receiving rewards or wages from individuals or companies in Indonesia.

With this visa you can
a. Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
b. Participate in meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions as an attendee.
c. Traveling in Indonesia on a yacht (yachter).
Document Requirement
Present the following documents to the immigration officer upon arrival for immigration inspection:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months.
- Outbound ticket from Indonesia.
Payment Method
- Bank transfer to our company account (MANDIRI or BCA)
- Deposit 50% after we receive your completed documents
- Pay the remaining 50% when the KITAS is granted

- No refunds can be provided if the Indonesian Government closes the borders and your multiple entry visa expires.
- No refunds can be issued once we apply for your multiple entry visa.
- No refunds can be given once your multiple entry visa has been approved.
- Refunds are not available if your multiple entry visa is refused by the Indonesian Government, except in special circumstances.
