Investor KITAS

Indonesian Immigration introduced the Investor KITAS (Limited Stay Permit) as part of efforts to bolster investment growth in the country. This permit is tailored to meet the specific investment needs of individuals looking to invest and establish businesses in Indonesia while ensuring legal compliance. The Investor KITAS provides flexible stay periods of 1 or 2 years within a single application. One notable advantage is its potential conversion into a KITAP (Permanent Stay Permit), which allows for an extended stay period of 5 years. This visa category is particularly suitable for those interested in investing and managing businesses in Indonesia, offering a streamlined process for legal residency while actively contributing to the country’s economic development.
